Nearly £500 was raised on Saturday 2nd April 2011 and this will be split equally between the choir and West Mercia Womens' Aid.

CHOSEN CHARITY FOR 2011
The choir have chosen West Mercia Women's Aid as their charity to support in 2011 - having raised some £3,200 for Breast cancer Haven in 2010.

MEMBERSHIP CONTINUES TO GROW
The combined choir membership is now over 80. We have a waiting list for Soprano and Alto voices but there are still a few spaces for Tenors and Basses.

£1000 raised for Inner Wheel charities
A Jigsaw Sound concert on Saturday 26th February at Church Stretton, organised by the Inner Wheel raised over £1,000 for their charities.

Jigsaw Sound raises £1000 for The Ark!
A sell out Carol Concert at the Holy Trinity Church at Meole Brace raised a whopping £1000 for The Ark our 2009 designated charity. Thanks to all who helped make the concert such a success and a special 'thank you' to Brad Bradshaw who's beautiful music was the centrepiece of the evening. Read our letter of thanks from Brad here. Jigsaw Sound feature on Radio Shropshire
Members of Jigsaw were interviewed at their work premises for a special choir feature by Radio Shropshire. Our performance (Candlelight Carol and Still) was recorded at our concert at St Georges Church that week and will hopefully be played during the seasonal festivities.

Jigsaw Sound raises almost £1100 for Hope House Hospice
A wonderful concert by the choir at St Mary's Church in Shrewsbury raised £1085 for Hope House Hospice! Well done to all who sold tickets, worked on the door and, of course, sang.
