Concert Dates

7th June 2008
We will be performing as part of the Belle Vue Arts Festival. This will take place at Barnabas, in Longeden Coleham, Shrewsbury, together with other groups in the area.

Social Events

Bellevue Arts Festival - Garden Trail - Sunday May 18th 10.00 am to 5.00 pm
Two members are opening their gardens to the public as part of this Festival:
Linda Webster - 38 Longden Road, Shrewsbury
plus
Tony and Shelia - 120 Hereford Road, Shrewsbury
£3 per adult, children FREE – all proceeds to their nominated charity. 
BUT they have agreed if any refreshments are sold to Choir members(coffee/tea/cakes etc) then the proceeds can go to JIGSAW.

Saturday 14th June 2008. Party night with meal. You will be given a main course meal, sweet and drink. Tickets £10. Limited to 40. Time: 7.30 pm. Further information in due course.

All profits from these events will benefit choir funds and/or our chosen charity.

Germany Tour 2009 Update
We have been offered the chance to 'upgrade' our tour from a bed and breakfast basis to half board. The cost for this is a very competitive and we have accepted this on behalf of the tour party. It will much better enable us to tailor our evening meal times to fit in with concert arrangements etc and not to have to search for restaurants late in the evening. It will also make budgetting easier for tour party members as they will not, now, have to fund an evening meal from monies they take with them.

Those opting for single room occupancy will also be pleased to know that the supplement has been reduced from £12 per night to £10 per night or a saving of £14 for the whole tour.

Rehearsals for 2008 will be held every Tuesday, same time, same place, until further notice.
